Orders & Custom Pieces
Do you make custom jewellery?
Yes! We love bringing your ideas to life. If you’d like a custom design or want to tweak one of our existing pieces, get in touch via our bespoke form or email shealjewellery@gmail.com We’ll discuss design, stones, budget, and timeframes together.
How long will my order take to make?
Because each piece is handmade, our standard turnaround time is usually 4-6 weeks, depending on complexity and current orders. For custom designs, please let jus know if you have a set date you need your piece by.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Absolutely. All Sheal Jewellery pieces come beautifully boxed and ready for gifting. If you’d like us to include a handwritten note, just let us know.

Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide and internationally.

What’s your returns policy?
Because each piece is handmade to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if there’s an issue with your jewellery, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

General Care Tips

Always remove jewellery before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping.

Avoid direct contact with perfume, hairspray, sunscreen, and cleaning chemicals, as they can damage metals and stones.

Store your pieces separately in a soft pouch or jewellery box to prevent scratches.

Caring for Solid Gold Jewellery

Solid gold won’t tarnish, but it can still lose its shine over time.

Caring for Sterling Silver Jewellery

Sterling silver naturally oxidises over time, creating a darker patina. Some people love this character — but if you prefer a bright finish:

Opal Jewellery Care
We use Australian solid opals — natural stones that require a little extra love:

Pearls & Other Gemstones

Do you offer repairs?

Can you resize my ring?
In most cases, yes. Ring resizing depends on the design and materials. Email us at shealjewellery@gmail.com with your order details, and we’ll confirm if resizing is possible.
